What network does VOXI use?
VOXI is powered by Vodafone and offers 4G and 5G (where available) coverage to all of its customers.
How do I activate my VOXI SIM Card?
Once your SIM card arrives, you can activate it by typing in the 10-digit number. This can be found in the SIM packet, or on the back of your SIM card.
How long does it take for my SIM card to be activated?
It can take up to 48 hours for your VOXI SIM card to be fully activated. Once activated, you’ll need to insert the SIM into your phone and that is when your 30-day rolling subscription will begin.

Can I use my VOXI plan outside of the UK?
When travelling to European destinations, you’ll need to purchase a European Roaming Pass. The price varies, depending on the length of your travel, and passes can be bought via your online account.
